Madi Rademacher

Madi Rademacher earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2024. During her time at UT Law, she worked in the Transactional Law Clinic, assisting clients with real-world legal matters. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Carson-Newman University, where she received the J.C. Brashear Pre-Law Award and was honored as the Outstanding Graduate in Political Science. In addition to her academic achievements, she was a student-athlete, competing on the collegiate volleyball team.
Ms. Rademacher focuses her practice on transactional law, with experience in commercial loan banking transactions representing both borrowers and lenders. She also assists clients in forming business entities, drafting governing documents, and preparing wills and trusts. Her litigation background includes matters involving employment law, real estate, and business disputes, providing a well-rounded foundation for her legal practice.
A resident of Knoxville, Tennessee, Ms. Rademacher enjoys reading, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with friends. She lives in the heart of the city with her Bernedoodle, Josie.
