Louise Aponte

Licensed since 1994, Ms. Aponte is a highly experienced civil and criminal litigator. Before joining Lowe Yeager & Brown PLLC in 2022, she practiced commercial litigation for several years at a leading New York law firm and worked as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of New York’s Violent Gangs Unit. She has successfully tried racketeering, narcotics, and health insurance fraud cases and has successfully briefed and argued appeals before the Second Circuit. Ms. Aponte’s current practice includes contract, real estate, construction, products liability, and professional malpractice cases. She represents both individual clients and corporations and is licensed to practice law in Tennessee, New York, and Maine. Ms. Aponte is a graduate of Williams College in Massachusetts and Fordham University School of Law in New York.
