Courtney (CJ) Statham

Courtney (CJ) Statham graduated from Mercer University School of Law in 2020, where she participated in Moot Court and was inducted into the Order of the Barristers, Ms. Statham has gained valuable experience in the courtroom. She began her legal career in Chattanooga at a local firm specializing primarily in insurance defense litigation. Upon moving to Knoxville, Ms. Statham worked as a workers’ compensation defense attorney.
Currently licensed in Massachusetts, Tennessee and Kentucky. Ms. Statham is dedicated to assisting clients in a wide array of cases including legal malpractice, construction matters, and general litigation. Ms. Statham is also licensed in the Eastern District of Tennessee and has a pending application for licensure in Kentucky. It is her goal to cater to as many clients as possible and is looking to expand her practice to additional jurisdictions.
