Austin Robert

Licensed to practice since 2020, Austin Robert focuses primarily on first-party property insurance disputes. He has successfully represented plaintiffs in numerous multi-million dollar settlements and awards, particularly in the aftermath of Hurricanes Laura, Delta, and Ida. Mr. Robert has collaborated closely with co-counsel on complex insurance cases across the country.
Admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Western, Middle, and Eastern Districts of Louisiana, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit; he brings extensive experience in federal court litigation. Mr. Robert provides strategic counsel to clients on large-loss claims, mediation and arbitration, and all phases of the litigation process.
Austin lives in Knoxville, Tennessee with his wife, Rebekah, and two-year-old son, Liam.
