C. Allen Ragle

C. Allen Ragle is a seasoned attorney with more than 35 years of experience representing individuals, businesses, and financial institutions across a wide range of legal matters. In 2025, he joined Lowe Yeager & Brown PLLC through its merger with Ayers & Parkey PLLC, where he had been a long-standing and respected member of the legal team. Mr. Ragle concentrates his practice in several key areas, including commercial litigation, corporate and business law, bankruptcy and creditor rights, and probate and estate planning. 

A Knoxville native, Mr. Ragle began his academic journey at Transylvania University, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He continued his studies at the University of Tennessee, earning a Master of Arts in Economics, which laid a strong analytical foundation for his later work in law. He then pursued his legal education at Vanderbilt University Law School, where he received his Juris Doctor. Following graduation from Vanderbilt, Mr. Ragle served as a law clerk to the Honorable John C. Cook, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Eastern District of Tennessee, Southern Division, from 1988 to 1989.

Mr. Ragle has been in private practice since 1988 and has remained committed to the Knoxville legal community throughout his career. Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Ragle enjoys spending time with his family. He resides in West Knoxville with his wife, Katherine.
